The hundred workout has been one of my “go-to” workouts, ESPECIALLY when I decide I’m too lazy to head to the gym or plan a long run. I have modified it a little to fit all levels of training. If you find one too easy, bump up to the next level! If that’s too easy, work on beating your time by decreasing your rest breaks and pushing yourself harder! Like-wise, if it is too difficult, skip one or two exercises and take your time doing what you can. QUALITY over quantity. If you find that you can’t perform the exercise properly, take a rest until you can, otherwise move on to the next. Work up until you can do it without compromising form!
